You’ll see Bella Beach’s beach access below you as you check into SeaLaVie, a three-bedroom home that towers over the sea. The next-door access gives you an easy way to take the stairs down to miles of coastline to explore on foot. But the views from this gorgeous clifftop home, a continuous panorama of the Pacific, meaning you can be immersed in the enjoyment of the ocean without setting foot on the sand. Built with two bedrooms on the entry-level (both with TVs and doors to the lower-level oceanfront deck), SeaLaVie saves its highest views for the great room on the upper floor—with huge windows, a vaulted, planked ceiling, and a sky-high deck, SeaLaVie will have you thinking you can see forever. Relax indoors in front of the stacked-rock gas fireplace and large TV, or go outside to the wind-screened deck and gaze at the sand and surf below, coastal headlands to the north and south, and ocean to the horizon. A gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, a gas stove and all the appliances you’ll need means it’s easy to create a meal for the welcoming dining table, with its window seat and views to the sea. The regal king bedroom suite, with its vaulted ceiling, large TV, jetted spa tub, and shower, is conveniently located on the top floor. If you decide to eat out, you’re near a dizzying array of dining options from Salishan to Depoe Bay, including the top-rated Side Door Café, Restaurant Beck, and Tidal Raves among many others. In less than a half-hour, you can be at the Oregon Coast Aquarium or Newport’s Historic Bayfront. You’re also walking distance to Café C’est la Vie, the neighborhood children’s playground, and of course the beach access right out your door.
